Doug’s
central mission in life is to help men & women discover and
develop their leadership potential and to help businesses lead
effectively by enhancing relationships within their own organization.
Doug graduated from the University of Oregon and completed his
graduate training at Biola University. This includes post-graduate
training at California Graduate Institute. In addition, Doug is
a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training. Areas of
professional involvement and experience include:
- Leadership Consultant – Working with
individuals and organizations in the area of leadership development.
This includes executive coaching, team building and assessment
for leadership potential.
- Small Business Consultant – Working
with family owned businesses and partnerships in the area of
relationship development, communication and conflict resolution.
- Manager in Health Care – Several years
of managerial and leadership experience in the health care industry.
- Licensed Therapist – This includes
specialties in the area of Addiction Medicine, Solution-Focused
Interventions and Family Mediation.
- University Professor – Adjunct Professor
of Human Development. This has included curriculum design
and teaching responsibilities in the areas of counseling theory,
abnormal psychology and human sexuality.
- Workshop Leader – Frequent speaker
on leadership development, reaching your true leadership potential
and finding real solutions for the relationship challenges in
family owned business and partnerships.
