I believe that we all have a remarkable potential we often fail to fully discover and realize. My central mission in life is to challenge others to unlock and reach that potential.

With over 35 years helping others grow and change, I have had the privilege of participating in their development – and being a catalyst for progress and personal success.

My primary focus centers on targeting leaders and teams within organizational settings – once again, serving as a catalyst for improving the performance and skill set of key leaders and the teams they are a part of.

At Leadership Success, we focus on developing and energizing leaders, creating and sustaining high performance teams and strengthening key relationships within the business.   We have an uncompromising passion for unlocking the potential of individual leaders and for impacting corporate and personal success!

A few details in my background – graduated from the University of Oregon and completed graduate training at Biola University. This includes post-graduate training at California Graduate Institute. In addition, graduated from the Institute for Life Coach Training. Areas of professional involvement and experience include:

• Leadership Consultant – Working with individuals and organizations in the area of leadership development.  This includes executive coaching, team building and assessment for leadership potential.
• Small Business Consultant – Working with family owned businesses and partnerships in the area of relationship development, building performance based teams and help with communication and conflict resolution.
• Manager in Health Care – Several years of managerial and leadership experience in the health care industry. 
• Licensed Therapist – This includes specialties in the area of Addiction Medicine, Solution-Focused Interventions and Family Mediation.
• University Professor – Adjunct Professor of Human Development.  This has included curriculum design and teaching responsibilities in the areas of counseling theory, abnormal psychology and human sexuality.
